The Children's Herb Garden on Apfelweg in Rengsdorf is a community initiative of Flora and Fauna (FloFa) Rengsdorf e.V. in cooperation with the local community of Rengsdorf, the Local Agenda 21 of the Rengsdorf municipality, and the "Kräuterwind Garden Route Westerwald". The children's herb garden can be found at the beginning of the village meadow in Rengsdorf. There, under the guidance of FloFa Rengsdorf e.V. (Managing Director Ingrid Runkel), a wealth of events take place. From Butterfly Day to fairy tale readings to the Potato Festival. There are also hikes through the orchard areas, herbal studies, information about insects and bats, and much more.
